By joining the Glowpadshop Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Our program is designed to reward creators, gamers, and tech enthusiasts for sharing our premium XXL mouse pads and desk mats with their audience.
Commission Rate: We offer a competitive 15% commission on the net sale amount (excluding shipping and taxes) for every successful referral.
Tracking Cookie: Our affiliate cookies last for 30 days. If a customer clicks your link and makes a purchase within 30 days, you earn the commission.
Attribution: We operate on a “last-click” basis, meaning the last affiliate link the customer clicked before purchasing gets the credit.
Minimum Payout: You can request a payout once your balance reaches €20.
Payout Method: Payments are primarily made via PayPal or Bank Transfer.
Holding Period: Commissions are approved 15 days after the sale to account for our customer return period. Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
As a Glowpadshop partner, you are encouraged to promote our products creatively. However, the following are strictly prohibited:
Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or posting links on unrelated forums/communities.
Misleading Content: Making false claims about our products or using “scam” or “fake” keywords to drive traffic.
Self-Referrals: Using your own affiliate link to purchase products for yourself.
Paid Search (PPC): Bidding on “Glowpadshop” or related branded keywords on Google Ads/Bing without prior written consent.
Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive right to use Glowpadshop’s logos, product photos, and marketing banners provided in the affiliate dashboard. You must not modify these assets without approval.
Participation in this program does not create an employment, agency, or partnership relationship. You are an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes and legal obligations related to your earnings.
Glowpadshop reserves the right to terminate an affiliate account at any time if these terms are violated. In cases of fraud or suspicious activity, all pending commissions will be forfeited.
As a company registered in Paris (SIREN 509 970 927), we require all affiliates to comply with their local advertising laws (such as disclosing “Ad” or “Affiliate Link” in social media posts).
